Welcome to Dummyguyz. By accessing or using Dummyguyz in any way, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the game or contributing content, information, or other materials to the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Impersonate others and use others’ names to post or distribute any information; maliciously use the account registration function to cause other users to misidentify.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Dummyguyz (Including but not limited to name, LOGO, ICON...excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Dummyguyz and its licensors.

7. The UGC content

Dummyguyz has functions that allow you to post or distribute related content (hereinafter referred to as the "UGC platform"). For the content you use the UGC platform to post or distribute (hereinafter referred to as the “UGC content”), In addition to ensuring that it does not violate any law and infringe on the rights of others, you also need to abide by the following terms:

1). For UGC content, you agree to irrevocably authorize us to use it in any way, including for commercial and non-commercial purposes, within and outside this game and the UGC platform. We are also authorized to license third parties to use it.

2). For UGC content, you need to guarantee they are under the public policy doctrine, including but not limited to:

①．Safe and inclusive, No hate speech.

②．Prohibited to mislead minors.

③．Prohibited to contain violent, bloody, scary, or disturbing elements.

④．Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

3). If, according to the copyright law and other relevant laws, you have the right of publication, authorship, alteration, and integrity of the UGC content, you agree that we can determine whether and how to name mentioned for you based on the specific situation of using the UGC content. You will not claim the rights mentioned before against us because we use UGC content following this agreement.

Any violation of the terms above will result in the removal of your content. Your account be terminated if serious violation.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Dummyguyz immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Dummyguyz is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, Dummyguyz explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dummyguyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Users expressly agree that the risks associated with their use of the DummyGuyz will be entirely liable by themselves; all consequences arising from their use of the DummyGuyz will also be liable by themselves, and we will not undertake any responsibility to the user.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Distribution

The definition of distribution in the term refers specifically to the game itself. We welcome you to share the content you create (such as UGC content) with others through short videos like TikTok.

The distribution of Dummyguyz in any form is strictly prohibited except by Dummyguyz or through explicit, written permission granted by Dummyguyz. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing the game on any website, platform, file-sharing service, or physical media. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of the game is a violation of our intellectual property rights and is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to distribute Dummyguyz without the express permission of Dummyguyz may result in legal action and the termination of your account and access to the game.
